Banana Raspberry Breakfast Cheesecake

Here's a fresh and healthy high protein dish you can try out! Experiment with different fruit and toppings!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 banana divided
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Blend cheese, oats, 1/2 banana, maple syrup and vanilla.
  • Place in a greased small oven proof dish.
  • Top with sliced remaining half banana and raspberries.
  • Scatter sugar over top
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
  • Cool a few minutes and top with yogurt and additional maple syrup and berries if desired!
