Banana Raspberry Breakfast Cheesecake

Ingredients
1/2
cup
cottage cheese
1/4
cup
oats
1
banana
divided
1/4
cup
milk
1
tablespoon
maple syrup
1
teaspoon
vanilla
1/2
cup
raspberries
1
teaspoon
brown sugar
Instructions
Blend cheese, oats, 1/2 banana, maple syrup and vanilla.
Place in a greased small oven proof dish.
Top with sliced remaining half banana and raspberries.
Scatter sugar over top
Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
Cool a few minutes and top with yogurt and additional maple syrup and berries if desired!
