Apple Walnut Oatmeal
Healthy and delicious oatmeal topped with sweet cinnamon apples and maple yogurt.
Give yourself a great start to the day with this simple recipe.
Can be easily doubled to make a bigger batch to have over a few days. Sooo good

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine
3/4 cup regular oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tablespoon of ground flax (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
Add to the above dry ingredients
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1/4 cup plant milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Mix together until combined
Add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Pour it into a small oven proof dish and top with sliced cinnamon apples
