Method
- Combine all ingredients except Nutella in a large bowl
- Mix to combine all ingredients so that they are well incorporated
- Empty the contents of the bowl to a floured surface and work the dough until it is soft and well combined
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes
- Over a large piece of parchment paper, roll out chilled dough into a rectangle shape (about 12 x 8 inches)
- Cut the rectangle in the middle along the longer side.
- Spread the Nutella on one half of each rectangle
- Using the parchment paper to help you, fold the rectangle over and seal the outer edge.
- Repeat with the other rectangle.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes, until golden.
- Cool 30 minutes, then dust with icing sugar and cut into thin slices.
