
Banana Raspberry Breakfast Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 banana divided
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Blend cheese, oats, 1/2 banana, maple syrup and vanilla.
- Place in a greased small oven proof dish.
- Top with sliced remaining half banana and raspberries.
- Scatter sugar over top
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
- Cool a few minutes and top with yogurt and additional maple syrup and berries if desired!
