Veg-Quinoa Patties

Quinoa Spinach Patties

Ingredients:

2 cups quinoa, any color
1/2 cup cooked fresh spinach or
thawed frozen spinach, finely chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup parmesan
1/4 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup bread crumbs

garlic powder
salt
pepper
(quantities based on your preference)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Form into patties.
Place on a well greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping the patties
after 15 minutes of cooking.

They can be eaten as is with your favorite sauce, in a burger bun or wrap. Enjoy
