Our spinach bread isn't just a treat for your taste buds; it's a vibrant, wholesome addition to any meal.
We've managed to sneak in plenty of tender spinach, giving this bread a beautiful green hue and a boost of vitamins and minerals, all while maintaining a delightfully soft texture and a subtly savory flavor.
It's the perfect way to add a healthy twist to your favorite sandwiches, enjoy alongside a hearty soup, or simply savor on its own with a smear of butter.
Get ready to fall in love with a bread that's as good for you as it tastes!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups of bread flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup of warm water
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 7 g yeast one envelope
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl combine the flour and the salt and set aside
  • In a small blender combine the spinach with the warm water and blend well.
  • ( you should have about one and a half cups of liquid)
  • Transfer the spinach mix to a small bowl and add the yeast and honey and let's sit for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes add the spinach mixture to the flour in the bowl along with the olive oil.
  • Combine all together to form a dough.
  • Shape into a ball and place in a greased medium bowl for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Once the dough has risen , shape into a loaf and place it in the loaf pan to rise for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 360° for about 45 minutes.
