Nutella Orange Cake
This is a goto quick cake that can be ready in a flash. Simple ingredients and great flavor. The Nutella is optional but really? Why would you not add it? Stays moist for a few days and freezes very well. A great accompaniment to coffee or tea!

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 oranges juice and zest (should have 1/2 cup juice)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract optional
- 1/2 cup Nutella warmed in microwave for about 15 seconds
Instructions
- Sift the dry ingredients into a large bowl.
- Add all the remaining ingredients except
- for the Nutella and mix with a hand beater for 2 minutes until all is well incorporated.
- Grease a loaf pan and pour half the mixture into it. Add half of the Nutella in swirls.
- Add the remaining batter and repeat with remaining Nutella. Use a knife to swirl the Nutella goodness throughout the loaf.
- Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
